| Abstract: | Bank sampah menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam mengatasi masalah sampah rumah tangga di Kabupaten Bogor, namun karena sifatnya yang sukarela dan tanpa ada pengawasan secara khusus dari pihak tertentu membuat operasional bank sampah dapat terhambat atau bahkan terhenti. PT Pegadaian dengan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang mengusung tema “The Gade Clean and Gold” memilih Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri RW 06 Desa Benteng sebagai salah satu bank sampah binaannya supaya tetap menjadi solusi pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan di daerah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak sosial dan besarnya dampak yang diterima oleh para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) dari program CSR ini menggunakan metode analisis Social Return on Investment (SROI) dan memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan peringkat alternatif menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio SROI 1,29:1 yang artinya setiap Rp 1, - yang diinvestasikan menghasilkan dampak/manfaat setara dengan Rp 1,29, -. Sehingga investasi sosial pada program ini layak dan dapat terus dikembangkan. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan AHP menunjukan rangking prioritas alternatif tertinggi, yaitu fokus program pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dengan nilai 0,419 dengan tingkat konsistensi CI 0,0072. The waste banks had emerged as one alternative to address household waste issues in Bogor Regency. However, due to their voluntary nature and lack of specific oversight from any party, waste banks' operations could be hindered or even halted. PT Pegadaian, through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program themed "The Gade Clean and Gold", had selected Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri RW 06 Desa Benteng as one of its fostered waste banks to ensure the continued solution for sustainable waste management in the area. This study aimed to assess the social impact and magnitude of the effects received by stakeholders of this CSR program using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis method and provided recommendations based on suitable alternative rankings using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this study indicated an SROI ratio of 1.29:1, which means that every Rp 1, - invested generates impacts/benefits equivalent to Rp 1.29, -. Therefore, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) results indicated the highest priority ranking of alternatives is the focus on the procurement program for facilities and infrastructure, with a value of 0.419 with Consistency Index (CI) of 0.0072. |
