Abstract: Kebijakan Penangkapan Ikan Terukur (PIT) merupakan kebijakan baru mengenai penangkapan ikan yang berbasis kuota dan zona. Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Labuan termasuk ke dalam WPPNRI 572. Kebijakan tersebut menetapkan PPP Labuan termasuk ke dalam zona industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pandangan dan kesiapan nelayan kecil terhadap kebijakan penangkapan ikan terukur di wilayah PPP Labuan, Pandeglang, Banten. Analisis data terdiri atas analisis deskriptif untuk melihat karakteristik responden nelayan kecil di Labuan serta analisis Likert untuk melihat analisis kesiapan nelayan kecil terhadap rencana implementasi kebijakan PIT. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2022 dengan lokasi pengambilan data di PPP Labuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nelayan Labuan belum siap menghadapi kebijakan PIT karena tidak sesuai dengan kondisi penangkapan di wilayah Labuan. Nelayan Labuan masih menggunakan alat tangkap sederhana dibandingkan dengan kapal industri serta banyak nelayan Labuan yang belum tergabung koperasi.
Fishing Quota Coastal Fisheries (PPP) designates PPP as part of industrial aim research to analyze the perspectives and readiness of small-scale fishermen towards the measured fisheries catch policy in the PPP Labuan area, Pandeglang, Banten. The data analysis consist of descriptive analysis to examine the characteristics of small-scale fishermen respondents in Labuan and Likert analysis to assess the readiness of small-scale fishermen towards the planned implementation of the fishing quota policy. The research was conducted from October to November 2022, with data collection taking place at PPP Labuan. The results of the study indicate that Labuan fishermen are not ready to face the PIT policy because it does not align with the fishing conditions in the Labuan area. Labuan fishermen still use simple fishing gear compared to industrial vessels and many fishermen have not joined fishing cooperatives.
