Abstract: Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan sifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif produksisapi perah adalah dengan mengevaluasi penerapan aspek kesehatan (Good Health) dan mengevaluasi penerapan Good Milking Practices (GMiP). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor penentu yang paling berpengaruh dalam evaluasi pada aspek kesehatan dan GMiP (aspek ketika, sebelum, dan setelah). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2023 hingga Mei 2023. Aspek kesehatan dan GMiP dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process menggunakan software Expert Choice dengan mengombinasikan pendapat dari tiga responden ahli yang berasal dari akademisi, praktisi, dan dinas terkait untuk melihat faktor penentu yang paling berpengaruh. Wawancara juga dilakukan kepada 20 orang peternak rakyat untuk menilai lansgung kondisi Peternakan. Hasil evaluasi Good Health sebesar 30,1 % dan hasil evaluasi GMiP aspek ketika, sebelum, dan sesudah pemerahan secara berturut-turut sebesar 20,96%; 11,48%; 10,30%. Nilai performa gabungan pengamatan dan vektor prioritas yang diperoleh sebesar 72,84% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup.
One effort to improve the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of dairy cattle production is to evaluate the application of the health aspect (Good Health) and the application of Good Milking Practices (GMiP). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the most influential determinants in evaluating aspects of Health and GMIP (aspects when, before, and after). This research was conducted from March 2023 to May 2023. The health and GMiP aspects were evaluated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process using the Expert Choice software by combining the opinions of three expert respondents from academics, practitioners, and related agencies to see the most influential determinants. Interviews were also conducted with 20 community breeders to assess the condition of the farms directly. The results of the Good Health evaluation were 30.1%, and the results of the GMiP evaluation during, before, and after milking were respectively 20.96%, 11.48%, and 10.30%. The combined performance value of observations and priority vectors obtained is 72.84% which is included in the sufficient category.
