Abstract: Terbentuknya SDM yang berkualitas dimulai dengan mempersiapkan kualitas penerus bangsa, yaitu anak. Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi pada anak baduta yang ditandai dengan panjang badan atau tinggi badan <-2 SD median standar pertumbuhan anak WHO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan stunting terdiri dari faktor kesehatan yang termasuk dalam intervensi gizi spesifik pada kelompok 1000 HPK (pemberian TTD pada remaja putri dan ibu hamil, ANC (K4), PMT bagi ibu hamil KEK, imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi, IMD, serta ASI Eksklusif), BBLR, dan gizi buruk pada anak usia 0-23 bulan di Indonesia tahun 2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi ekologi. Data penelitian ini berupa data sekunder publikasi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dan BPS tahun 2019 dengan unit analisis 34 Provinsi. Hasil Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan ANC (K4), imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi, dan gizi buruk pada anak usia 0-23 bulan berhubungan siginifikan terhadap stunting anak usia 0-23 bulan (p<0,05).
The formation of quality human resources begins with preparing the quality of the country's successors, which is children. Stunting is a nutritional problem in children aged 2 years old which is characterized by body length or height <-2 median child growth standards WHO. This study aims to analyze the determinants of stunting consisting of health factors included in specific nutritional interventions in the 1,000 HPK group (giving TTD to adolescent girls and pregnant women, ANC (K4), PMT for SEZ pregnant women, complete basic immunization for infants, IMD, and exclusive breastfeeding), low weight, and malnutrition in children aged 0-23 months in Indonesia in 2018. The research design used was an ecological study. This research data is in the form of secondary data published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and BPS in 2019 with analysis units of 34 Provinces. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed ANC (K4), complete basic immunization in infants, and malnutrition in children aged 0-23 months were significantly related to stunting of children aged 0-23 months (p<0.05).
