Abstract: | Kemiskinan menjadi akar masalah yang terjadi dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Provinsi Bengkulu menduduki urutan kedua tertinggi sebagai provinsi dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di Pulau Sumatera. Pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah dari sisi penerimaan dan pendanaan, serta peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan sebagai perwujudan pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kemiskinan dan menganalisis pengaruh kemandirian keuangan daerah, belanja daerah, dan IPM di Provinsi Bengkulu pada periode 2014-2021 menggunakan analisis data panel. Hasil model estimasi menunjukkan rasio PAD, belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan, dan IPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Rasio dana perimbangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Bengkulu. Poverty is the root of the problems that occur in economic development. Bengkulu Province ranks second highest as the province with the highest poverty rate on the island of Sumatra. Financial management carried out by local governments in terms of revenue and funding, as well as improving the quality of life of the community aims to alleviate poverty as a manifestation of economic development. This study aims to determine the poverty condition and analyze the effect of regional financial independence, regional expenditure, and HDI in Bengkulu Province in the 2014-2021 period using panel data analysis. The results of the estimation model showed that the ratio of PAD, education expenditure, health expenditure, and HDI has a negative and significant effect on poverty. The ratio of equalization funds has a positive and significant on poverty in Bengkulu Province. |
