Efforts can be made to minimize the overexploitation of glass eels through the efficient use of glass eel seeds in aquaculture activities. The efficient use of glass eel seeds can be realized by fulfilling glass eel nutrients at the seedling stage to produce a high Survival Rate (SR), Specific Growth Rate (SGR), and feed efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the effect of artificial feed on the biometric and biological performance of glass eel fry. The research was conducted from February to April 2023. The 1200 glass eels were divided into four treatments based on the type of feed (silkworm, IPB, Feng Li, and STP). The results showed that condition factor values ranged from 0.09-0.15, relative intestinal length (PUr) ranged from 20.35-23.01%, relative intestinal weight (BUr) ranged from 20.27-32.11%, relative heart weight (BJR) ranged from 4.82-6.96%, and relative liver weight (BHr) ranged from 24.51-30.36%. The natural feed gave better results than the artificial feed, and the IPB glass eel artificial feed was better than the tested artificial feed.
