Wheat is one of the most widely produced cereal food crops besides corn and rice. Wheat is one of the food crop commodities as a source of carbohydrates and protein. Domestic demand for and consumption of wheat is increasing every year. Wheat cultivation is limited to the highlands due to unsuitable agro-climatic conditions in the lowlands. This is the reason for breeding to develop wheat varieties adapted to lowland areas. This study aims to obtain information on the performance and yield of wheat lines in the lowlands. The research was conducted from December 2022 to March 2023 at the Center for Tropical Horticultural Studies Experimental Field 2, Tajur-Bogor. Observations of yield components were carried out at the Plant Breeding Laboratory 2, Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, IPB. The study consisted of one factor, namely genotype (26 genotypes and 4 control varieties). Planting using a randomized complete block design with three replications. The results showed that there were significant differences between the genotypes tested. The genotype CBF-7.CAMN171 had a earlier flowering and harvesting age, and higher flag leaf area than the four control varieties based on the Honestly Significance Diffirence (HSD) test. All wheat lines had the number of filled seeds and seed number per square meter which were not significantly different compare to the four control varieties.id
