dc.description.abstractPandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak pada bisnis kecil seperti UMKM di seluruh Indonesia termasuk kepada pengrajin tempe dan tahu Pusat Industri Kecil (PIK) Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (Kopti) Semanan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apa saja permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengrajin tempe PIK Kopti Semanan dan bagaimana strategi pengrajin tersebut untuk bertahan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 7 orang pengrajin tempe yang berada di PIK Kopti Semanan. Permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh pengrajin yaitu meningkatnya harga bahan baku serta permintaan produk yang menurun pada saat pandemi yang mengakibatkan keuntungan menurun. Coping strategy untuk menekan penurunan omset dan keuntungan usaha yaitu dengan mengecilkan ukuran produk. Coping strategy tersebut berhasil menekan penurunan omset dan keuntungan usaha pada saat pandemi.id
dc.description.abstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on small businesses such as MSMEs throughout Indonesia, including tempe and tofu craftsmen, the Small Industry Center (PIK) of the Indonesian Tofu Tempe Producers Cooperative (Kopti) Semanan, West Jakarta City. This study aims to examine what are the problems faced by PIK Kopti Semanan tempe producers and how the craftsmen's strategies are to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses primary data with a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample of this research were 7 tempe craftsmen who were at PIK Kopti Semanan. The main problem experienced by craftsmen is the increasing price of raw materials and decreased demand for products during the pandemic which resulted in decreased profits. The coping strategy to reduce the decrease in turnover and business profits is to reduce the size of the product. This coping strategy was successful in reducing business turnover and profits during the pandemic.id
