| Abstract: | Pada masa dewasa awal, seseorang dapat mengalami krisis yang disebut
quarter-life crisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh
karakteristik individu, karakteristik orang tua, konsep diri, dan kelekatan orang tua terhadap quarter-life crisis pada generasi Z. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 213 responden yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok generasi Z yaitu kelompok mahasiswa dan karyawan berusia 18-25 tahun yang berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri, kelekatan orang tua, dan quarter-life crisis memiliki perbedaan signifikan antara generasi Z yang berprofesi sebagai mahasiswa dan karyawan. Hasil uji hubungan menemukan bahwa konsep diri memiliki hubungan negatif dengan quarter-life crisis, sementara kelekatan orang tua tidak memiliki hubungan dengan quarter-life crisis. Konsep diri juga secara konsisten memengaruhi quarter-life crisis dari hasil uji pengaruh pada penelitian ini. In early adulthood, a person may experience a crisis called a quarter-life crisis. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, parental characteristics, self-concept, and parental attachment to the quarter-life crisis in generation Z. The research design used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research involved 213 respondents who were divided into two groups of generation Z, namely groups of college students and employees aged 18-25 years domiciled in the Jabodetabek area. The results of the different test show that self-concept, parental attachment, and quarter-life crisis have significant differences between generation Z who work as college students and employees. The results of the relationship test found that self-concept had a negative relationship with quarter-life crisis, while parental attachment had no relationship with quarter-life crisis. Self-concept also consistently influences the quarter-life crisis from the results of the regression test in this study. |
