Cut orchid is one of the floricultural commodities that has a lot of demand in the world, as can be seen from the export value of Indonesian cut orchids which increased by 71% in 2021. Almost all Indonesian cut orchids are exported to South Korea but the Indonesian orchid market share in South Korea is only around 6,22%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparative advantage, to analyze the dynamics and competitive position of Indonesian cut orchids in the South Korean market. This study uses Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Market Share methods to analyze comparative advantage and Dynamic Revealed Comparative Advantage (DRCA) to analyze the position and dynamics of the competitiveness of Indonesian cut orchids. The results of this study state that Indonesian cut orchids have a moderate comparative advantage and have a market share that increases every year. However, when compared with Thailand, Indonesia does not have competitiveness, so it does not have a comparative advantage. The position of the overall competitiveness of Indonesia's cut orchid exports is in a falling star position which states that Indonesia's export market share has increased while the world's export market share has decreased.
