Abstract: Pendidikan gizi seimbang menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan penerapan Pedoman Gizi Seimbang (PGS) pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian pendidikan gizi seimbang melalui media nutri-c terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap gizi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2023 di SDN Ciherang 04, Kabupaten Bogor. Subjek merupakan siswa kelas 5 SD dengan jumlah 44 orang yang dipilih secara purposive dan dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok penelitian. Kelompok intervensi 1 mendapatkan intervensi menggunakan media nutri-c sedangkan kelompok intervensi 2 menggunakan metode ceramah. Hasil uji beda Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan gizi seimbang yang signifikan setelah intervensi pada kelompok intervensi 1 (p=0,000). Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terkait sikap gizi seimbang setelah intervensi pada kelompok intervensi 1 (p=0,063). Perbedaan pengetahuan (p=0,000) dan sikap (p=0,002) gizi seimbang sebelum dan setelah intervensi pada kelompok intervensi 2 menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Media nutri-c lebih efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan subjek. Hasil uji beda Mann Whitney U menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terkait pengetahuan (p=0,924) dan sikap (p=0,212) gizi seimbang antara kelompok penelitian. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap gizi seimbang subjek setelah mendapatkan intervensi berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Spearman (p<0,05).
Balanced nutrition education is one of the efforts to improve the implementation of Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (PGS) for school-age children. This study aimed to analyze the effect of providing balanced nutrition education through nutri-c media on the nutritional knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students. This study used a quasi-experimental design which was conducted from March to May 2023 at SDN Ciherang 04, Bogor Regency. The subjects were 5th grade elementary school students with a total of 44 people selected purposively and divided into two research groups. The intervention group 1 received intervention using nutri-c media while the intervention group 2 used the lecture method. The results of the Wilcoxon differential test showed that there were significant differences in knowledge of balanced nutrition after the intervention in the intervention group 1 (p=0.000). There was no significant difference regarding the attitude of balanced nutrition after the intervention in the intervention group 1 (p=0.063). Differences in knowledge (p=0.000) and attitudes (p=0.002) about balanced nutrition before and after the intervention in the intervention group 2 showed significant results. Nutri-c media is more effective in increasing subject knowledge. The results of the Mann Whitney U test showed that there were no significant differences in knowledge (p=0.924) and attitude (p=0.212) to balanced nutrition between the study groups. There was no significant relationship between knowledge and balanced nutrition attitudes of the subjects after receiving the intervention based on the results of Spearman's correlation test (p<0.05).
