Title: Penerapan Scrum dengan Game-Based Retrospective: Starfish dalam Pengembangan Aplikasi Zikirin

Abstract: Tim pengembang aplikasi Zikirin menggunakan metode manajemen pengembangan perangkat lunak Scrum, tetapi masih menggunakan metode sprint retrospective dengan menjawab pertanyaan “Apa yang sudah berjalan dengan baik?” dan “Apa yang harus di-improve?” melalui platform Notion. Metode sprint retrospective ini tidak bisa menjelaskan aktivitas-aktivitas apa saja yang perlu dipertahankan, diperbanyak, dikurangi, dimulai, dan dihindari tim pengembang aplikasi Zikirin pada sprint berikutnya. Pada sprint keenam, peneliti berhasil menerapkan game-based retrospective: Starfish kepada tim pengembang aplikasi Zikirin secara daring melalui perangkat lunak kolaboratif Figma dan Zoom untuk melihat evaluasi sprint yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengembang aplikasi Zikirin secara lebih rinci dan detail. Metode game-based retrospective: Starfish yang diterapkan pada sprint keenam ini dapat mengetahui aktivitas-aktivitas yang perlu dipertahankan, diperbanyak, dikurangi, dimulai, dan dihindari pada sprint selanjutnya selama proses pengembangan aplikasi Zikirin.
The Zikirin application development team utilizes the Scrum software development management method, but still uses the sprint retrospective method by answering the questions "What went well?" and "What needs improvement?" through the Notion platform. This sprint retrospective method cannot explain the specific activities that need to be maintained, increased, decreased, started, and avoided by the Zikirin application development team in the next sprint. In the sixth sprint, the researcher successfully implemented a game-based retrospective: Starfish to the Zikirin application development team through the collaborative software Figma and Zoom to obtain a more detailed evaluation of the sprint conducted by the Zikirin application development team. The game-based retrospective method: Starfish implemented in this sixth sprint can identify the activities that need to be maintained, increased, decreased, started, and avoided in the next sprint during the Zikirin application development process.
