Abstract: Guava, with its many advantages and benefits, is an important fruit commodity in international trade. Of the various guava varieties, crystal guava cultivars are preferred by consumers because they have a crunchy texture, have a sweet taste, and have fewer seeds or even no seeds so that the portion of fruit that can be consumed is more. Proper harvest and post-harvest management can reduce fruit damage when transporting fruit after harvest and maintain freshness as well as long shelf life. This internship activity is specifically aimed at studying harvest and post-harvest management of crystal guava. Data and information that has been obtained were analyzed using quantitative and descriptive methods.
