The coastal area of Banten Bay has a high population and industrial growth which can affect the aquatic environment. Domas Coastal Waters are one of the water areas located on the east coast of Banten Bay. This study aims to determine the water pollution level in Domas Coastal Waters, Banten Bay, based on some physical and chemical parameters. Sampling was carried out for six months, from August 2021 to January 2022 at six stations. The water quality parameters observed in this study were temperature, TSS, turbidity, transparency, depth, pH, DO, salinity, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and total phosphate. The water quality data was compared with water quality standards based on Indonesian Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. Water quality status was determined using the Pollution Index (PI) and the STORET Method according to Decree of the Minister of the Environment No. 115 of 2003. The results show that Domas Coastal Waters are indicated to be moderately polluted, both based on the Pollution Index (5,7-5,9) and the STORET Method (-14 to -24).
