| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pertumbuhan dan produksi sambung nyawa yang dibudidayakan dengan penggunaan miko-seedcookies. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan lima kelompok yang meliputi K1, K2, K3, K4, K5 dan empat perlakuan diameter miko-seedcookies yang meliputi P0 (kontrol), P1 (4 cm), P2 (5 cm), dan P3 (6 cm). Penelitian ini menggunakan 120 stek sambung nyawa dengan diameter rata-rata 1,30 ± 0,13 cm dan panjang tanam 19,07 cm. Parameter yang diukur adalah persentase bertunas stek, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar, berat kering, dan kolonisasi mikoriza. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan miko-seedcookies meningkatkan tinggi tanaman; jumlah daun; berat segar pucuk, daun dewasa, batang edible; berat kering daun dewasa, batang edible; dan kolonisasi mikoriza sambung nyawa. Penggunaan miko-seedcookies tidak memberikan pengaruh pada persentase bertunas stek, berat kering pucuk, dan luas daun. Penggunaan miko-seedcookies berdiameter 6 cm mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kolonisasi mikoriza sambung nyawa. This research was conducted to evaluate the growth and production of Gynura procumbens with the miko-seedcookies addition usage. This research was use a randomized block design (RBD) with five blocks which included K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, and four treatments of miko-seedcookies diameter which included P0 (control), P1 (4 cm), P2 (5 cm), and P3 (6 cm). The research used 120 Gynura procumbens stem cuttings with an average diameter of 1.30 ± 0.13 cm and a planting length of 19.07 cm. Parameters measured were the percentage of germinating cuttings, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight, and mycorrhizal colonization. The results showed that the mico-seedcookies usage increased plant height; number of leaves; fresh weight of shoot, mature leaves, edible stems; dry weight of mature leaves, edible stems; and mycorrhizae colonization. The miko-seedcookies has no effect on the percentage germinating cuttings, shoot dry weight, and leaf area. The use 6 diameter of miko-seedcookies could enhance the growth, production, and mycorrhizae colonization continuously. |
