Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi terbaik antara PMSG dan HCG terhadap proses ovulasi, pada ikan lele dumbo. Parameter yang menggambarkan respon perlakuan, adalah (1) Prosentase telur yang mengalami kematangan tahap akhir, (2) Prosentase telur ovulasi, dan (3) Indek Kematangan Gonad sebagai parameter penunjang.
