Perencanaan lanskap wisata di kawasan taman nasional kerinci seblat Propinsi Jambi menggunakan sistem informasi geografis

Abstract

Kerinci Seblat National Park at Jambi Province area located in 101° 7 58"- 102 21' 33" north latitude and 1° 27 0"-2° 35' 38" east longitude. The study area NKS Propinsi Jambi) coverd 3 regencies (kabupaten): Kerinci, Merangin, and Fungo; 18 sub-district and 333 village. Total area of TNKS Propinsi Jambi 417.578,13 ha (30,4% of TNKS total area), while total of study area, including all the regencies area, is 1.072.748,64 ha. This landscape planning is using supply side approach, which are based on environmental and cultural attraction. The primary objective is to obtain a plan that is sible to provide integrated information for sustainable landscape tourism activities which are protecting national park area as well as supporting local community economic. Geographic information system (GIS) is applied to analyze spatial data for the purpose of this research. The result is sustainable landscape tourism spatial plan, which connect all tourism spot areas through suitable and potential circulation network.
