Abstract: Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam perkembangan industri keuangan syariah dunia, namun pangsa pasar e-wallet syariah masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan pangsa pasar e-wallet konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan penggunaan Layanan Syariah LinkAja pada masyarakat Muslim generasi milenial. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM yang dilakukan dengan menggabungkan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi dengan tujuan menguji hubungan antar variabel pada sebuah model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use (PEOU) berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness (PU). PEOU dan PU berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude. Tetapi, religiosity tidak berpengaruh terhadap attitude. Adapun PU, attitude, perceived behavioral control, dan subjective norm berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use. Intention to use berpengaruh positif terhadap actual usage.
Indonesia has great potential in the development of the world's halal industry, but the share of the sharia e-wallet market is still lower than the market share of convention e-wallets.This study is conducted to analyze the factors influencing the use of LinkAja Sharia Services on Muslim millennials. The analytical method used in this study is PLS-SEM which is carried out by combining factor analysis and regression analysis with the aim of examining the relationship between variables in a model. The results showed that perceived ease of use (PEOU) has a positive effect on perceived usefulness (PU). PEOU and PU have a positive effect on attitude. However, religiosity has no effect on attitude. PU, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms have a positive effect on intention to use and intention to use has a positive effect on actual usage.
