dc.description.abstractDeep eutectic solvents (DES) merupakan pelarut organik dengan sifat fisik dan kimia seperti cairan ionik, namun lebih unggul karena biaya lebih murah, persiapan lebih sederhana, bersifat biodegradable, dan tidak berbahaya. Berbagai jenis senyawa telah digunakan sebagai HBA dan HBD, namun penelitian mengenai DES menggunakan choline cloride (CHCl) sebagai HBA dan asam organik sebagai HBD relatif jarang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan. Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan bahwa rasio molar antara CHCl dan asam oksalat untuk membentuk DES adalah 1:1 dengan hasil karakteristik FESEM, FTIR, rheology, suspension stability, thermogravimetric analysis, UV-Vis, yield, dan zeta potential yang unggul.id
dc.description.abstractDeep eutectic solvents (DES) are organic solvents with physical and chem-ical properties like ionic liquids, but are superior because they are cheaper, sim-pler preparation, biodegradable, and harmless. Various types of compounds have been used as HBA and HBD, but research on DES using choline chloride (CHCl) as HBA and organic acids as HBD is relatively rare. Therefore, this study was conducted. The results showed that the molar ratio between CHCl and oxalic acid to form DES was 1:1 with superior characteristics of FESEM, FTIR, rheology, suspension stability, thermogravimetric analysis, UV-Vis, yield, and zeta poten-tial.id
