Abstract: Negara Indonesia memiliki rata-rata pengangguran dibawah rata-rata dunia pada lima tahun terakhir (2017-2021).
Indonesia has an unemployment rate below the world average in the last five years (2017-2021). Even at the Southeast Asian level, Indonesia is ranked the second highest unemployment. As a country with a demographic bonus, Indonesia can contribute to achieving global goals related to unemployment and poverty, namely the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) point 1 "No Poverty" and point 8 "Decent Work and Economic Growth". Unemployment and poverty reduction can be done with an effective internship. The Ministry of Education and Culture inaugurated an internship program at Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) as the latest solution for connecting students with industry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the MBKM Internship throughout Indonesia, especially batches 1 and 2, and analyze the differences in the effectiveness of the two batches. The method in this research is the context-input-process-product (CIPP) model, Mann-Whitney different test analysis, fishbone diagram, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, and the house model. The results showed that the implementation of the program was considered effective in terms of participants' perceptions. The effectiveness of the two forces is not much different. The improvements needed are ensuring thatevery stakeholder involved gets rights and carries out obligations in full, providing training on commitments and giving appreciation to apprentices, increasing exploration of apprentices, and conducting a study tracer on college graduates.
