Abstract:	Tanaman kelapa sawit memiliki umur produktif 25-30 tahun. Tanaman kelapa sawit yang sudah tidak produktif lagi akan ditebang dan batangnya selama ini hanya dibiarkan begitu saja di lahan perkebunan sehingga dapat menjadi sarang hama bagi tanaman kelapa sawit lainnya. Palm plants have a relatively short life span about 25-30 years old. Palm plants are no longer productive will be cut down and the trunk only left on the farm and can be source of disease for the other oil palm plants.
