The objective of this research is to assess Chlorophyl-a and Sea Surface Temperature and their relationship with Lemuru catch in Bali Strait using NOAA/ A VHRR-16 data. The McMillin & Crosby algorithm was used for this purpose. The sea surface temperature and Chlorophyl-a concentration range during the observation time in the Bali Strait shows that 22°C - 30°C and 0.3 - 20.0 mg/ m3, respectively the relationship between Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyl-a concentration to catch for all observation month show weak correlation. Similar weak correlation is also observed for concentration of Chlorophyl-a to catch relationship.id
