| Abstract: | Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menyeleksi calon batang bawah yang
toleran cekaman kekeringan, dan teknik penyambungan yang memiliki
kompatibilitas tinggi untuk mendapatkan bahan tanaman kombinasi sambungan
yang memiliki produktivitas tinggi dan toleran cekaman kekeringan. Penelitian
ini terdiri atas lima percobaan. The general objective of this experiment was to obtain rootstock tolerant to drought which support high productivity of scion, and high compatibility grafting techniques. The study consisted of five experiments. The objective of the first experiment was to determine rapid, accurate, and simple selection method of Jatropha rootstock candidates to drought stress. |
