dc.description.abstractInformasi keragaan dan daya hasil sangat penting dalam kegiatan pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keragaan dan memperoleh informasi daya hasil jagung manis hibrida hasil pemuliaan IPB. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 sampai Februari 2023 di Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo, Dramaga, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu genotipe sebanyak 14 genotipe jagung manis hibrida. Penanaman menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dengan tiga ulangan dimana setiap satuan percobaan terdiri atas 20 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keragaan dan daya hasil antara genotipe jagung manis. Umur panen, padatan terlarut total dan produktivitas hibrida SM 9.3A.1 x T13.1.8, hibrida SB 13.1.3B x SM.9.3A.1, hibrida SB 13.1.3B x SM 12.1.5B, hibrida SB 5.1B.3B x T13.1.8, dan hibrida SB5.1B.3B x SM9.3A.1 setara atau lebih baik dari varietas pembanding. Lima genotipe hibrida jagung manis IPB ini memiliki umur panen berkisar antara 65-71 HST sedangkan varietas pembanding berkisar antara 70-71 HST. Padatan Terlarut Total (PTT) lima hibrida uji IPB berkisar antara 14,38-14,93 0brix sedangkan varietas pembanding berkisar antara 13,52-14,67 0brix. Produktivitas lima hibrida uji IPB berkisar antara 10,76-13,41 ton per hektar sedangkan varietas pembanding berkisar antara 12,72-16,02 ton per hektar.id
dc.description.abstractThe Information about performance and yield power is crucial in plant breeding activities. This research aims to evaluate the performance and obtain information on the yield power of hybrid sweet corn breeding results from IPB. The research was conducted from November 2022 to February 2023 at the Leuwikopo Experimental Garden, Dramaga, Bogor, West Java. The research consisted of one factor, which was the genotypes of 14 hybrid sweet corn genotypes. Planting was done using a randomized complete group design with three repetitions where each experimental unit consists of 20 plants. The results showed that there were differences in performance and yield power among the sweet corn genotypes. The harvest age, total dissolved solids and productivity of SM 9.3A.1 x T13.1.8 hybrid, SB 13.1.3B x SM.9.3A.1 hybrid, SB 13.1.3B x SM 12.1.5B hybrid, SB 5.1B.3B x T13.1.8 hybrid, and SB5.1B.3B x SM9.3A.1 hybrid were equivalent or better than the comparison variety. The five hybrid sweet corn genotypes from IPB had a harvest age ranging from 65-71 HST while comparison varieties ranged from 70-71 HST. The Total Dissolved Solids (PTT) of the five IPB test hybrid ranged from 14.38-14.93 0brix while comparison varieties ranged from 13.52-14.67 0brix.
