The experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of levels Brachiaria humidicola grass and cassava hull on slaughter weight, carcass and non carcass weight of male thin tail sheep. Twelve yearling male thin tail sheep with initial body weight 19,06 ± 1,46 kg were treated as followed P0= 100% Brachiaria humidicola grass, P1=20% cassava hull + 80% Brachiaria humidicola grass, P2= 40% cassava hull + 60% Brachiaria humidicola grass, dan P3= 60% cassava hull + 40% Brachiaria humidicola grass. Data gathered on slaughter weight, empty weight, carcass weight, non carcass weight and carcass percentage, were analyzed using Anova for Complete Randomized Design, followed by Duncan’s test. Result of the study showed that the addition of cassava hull did not influence of slaughter weight, empty weight, carcass weight and non carcass weight (P>0,05), but influences significantly carcass percentage (P<0,05). The average carcass percentage of P0, P1, P2, P3 were 36,46%; 38,41%; 43,23%; 44,54% respectively. It can be concluded that the addition of cassava hull until 60% increased carcass percentage of thin tail sheep, but did not increased slaughter weight, empty weight, carcass weight and non carcass weight of male local sheep. Keywords: local sheep, cassava hull, B. humidicola, carcass and non carcassid
