Abstract: | Keluarga ayah tunggal rentan dengan permasalahan ekonomi di masa
pandemi Covid-19. Strategi koping dibutuhkan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan
kualitas hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh
karakteristik keluarga, tekanan ekonomi, dan strategi koping terhadap kualitas
hidup pada keluarga ayah tunggal selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study
yang melibatkan 60 ayah tunggal yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil
penelitian menemukan bahwa hampir dari separuh ayah tunggal memiliki tekanan
ekonomi objektif dan subjektif sedang, sebagian besar ayah tunggal memiliki
strategi koping rendah, sedangkan hampir separuh ayah tunggal memiliki kualitas
hidup sedang. Uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa tekanan ekonomi objektif dan
subjektif berhubungan negatif dengan kualitas hidup, sedangkan pendapatan per
kapita dan strategi koping berhubungan positif dengan kualitas hidup. Uji regresi
menunjukkan bahwa tekanan ekonomi subjektif berpengaruh negatif terhadap
kualitas hidup, sedangkan strategi koping berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas
hidup. Single father families are vulnerable to economic problems during the Covid 19 pandemic. Coping strategies are needed to improve their quality of life. This study aims to analyze the influence of family characteristics, economic pressures, and coping strategies on the quality of life of single father families during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional study design involving 60 single fathers selected by purposive sampling. The results found that almost half of single fathers had moderate economic pressures, almost all single fathers had low coping strategies, and almost half of single fathers had moderate quality of life. Correlation test showed that objective and subjective economic pressures are negatively related to the quality of life, while per capita income and coping strategies are positively related to quality of life. Regression test showed that subjective economic pressure had a negative effect on the quality of life while coping strategies had a positive effect on the quality of life. |
