| dc.description.abstract | Rajungan merupakan anggota Crustacea yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan peminat yang tinggi pada pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Hal tersebut menjadikan rajungan banyak ditangkap di perairan Indonesia. Tingginya Intensitas penangkapan rajungan tanpa adanya pengelolaan dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya keragaman genetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekerabatan dan keragam genetik rajungan yang tertangkap di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Negara Republik Indonesia (WPP-NRI) 572 (Labuan) dan WPP-NRI 573 (Cilacap-Banyuwangi) menggunakan marka gen COI sebagai dasar pengelolaan sumberdaya rajungan. Sebanyak 90 contoh rajungan dari lokasi penelitian di ambil 30 individu untuk di analisis molekuler. Seluruh contoh rajungan yang dianalisis memiliki nilai persen identifikasi sebesar 99-100% sebagai Portunus pelagicus. Nilai jarak genetik antarsampel menunjukan kekerabatan yang dekat karena memiliki nilai dibawah 3%. Pohon filogeni menunjukan hasil kekerabatan rajungan dari tiap lokasi sangat dekat serta memiliki keragaman genetik yang tergolong sedang dan tinggi. Upaya pengelolaan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu mempertahankan tingkat eksploitasi dan evaluasi dengan meningkatkan monitoring pada WPP-NRI 573, sedangkan pada WPP-NRI 572 dilakukan penurunan intensitas penangkapan. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Blue swimming crab (BSC) is a member of Crustacea which has high economic value and interest in local and export markets. Because of those reasons, blue swimming crabs are caught in Indonesian waters. The high intensity of crab fishing without management can decreased the genetic diversity. This study aims to analyze the kinship and genetic diversity of blue swimming crabs in the Fisheries Management Areas of the Republic of Indonesia ( FMA-RI) 572 (Labuan) and FMA-RI 573 (Cilacap-Banyuwangi) using COI gene markers as the basis for blue swimming crab resource management. A total of 30 individuals out of 90 samples taken were used for molecular analysis. All samples of BSC analyzed had a percent identification value of 99-100% as Portunus pelagicus. The value of the genetic distance between samples shows close kinship because it has a value below 3%. The phylogenetic tree shows the results of blue crab kinship from each location which are very close and have moderate and high genetic diversity. Management efforts can be carried out to maintain the level of exploitation and evaluation by increasing monitoring at FMA-RI 573, while at FMA-RI 572 a reduction in fishing intensity is carried out. | id |
