| Abstract: | Jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu langkah
upaya untuk mengatasi pengangguran yaitu berwirausaha. Fakultas Ekonomi dan
Manajemen (FEM) yang memiliki basis ilmu ekonomi dan manajemen, namun
menurut survey menyebutkan bahwa minat wirausaha mahasiswanya rendah
dibandingkan dengan fakultas-fakultas lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui kondisi faktor internal dan eksternal mahasiswa dan pengaruhnya
terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang
disebar melalui kuesioner pada bulan agustus 2022. Responden pada penelitian ini
berjumlah 150 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan
analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi internal
mahasiswa memiliki kategori yang sangat baik yaitu sebesar 79,4 persen. Variabel
harga diri, ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan universitas, dan lingkungan keluarga
berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap minat wirausaha, namun variabel berani mengambil
risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa FEM IPB
University. The number of unemployed in Indonesia has increased. One of the efforts to overcome unemployment is entrepreneurship. The Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) has a basis in economics and management, but according to a survey, it is stated that the entrepreneurial interest of students is low compared to other faculties. This study aims to determine the condition of students' internal and external factors and their influence on students' entrepreneurial interests. This study uses primary data distributed through questionnaires in August 2022. The respondents in this study amounted to 150 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that the students' internal condition has a very good category, which is 79.4 percent. The variables of self-esteem, income expectations, university environment, and family environment have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, but the risk-taking variable has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interests of FEM IPB University students. |
