This study aims to identify the characteristics and to analyse determinants ofthe preferences of Generation Z to Korean instant food labeled halal MUI (Case Study: instant noodles). The study was conducted with 100 Generation Z respondents. the methods used are descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that halal awareness, promotion, product quality and packaging have a significant effect on Generation Z towards Korean instant food labeled halal MUI (Case Study: instant noodles). The policy implication that can be implemented is that Korean imported noodle producers must always implement the MUI halal certificate as an effort to protect consumers and continue to improve and maintain existing quality.
