Abstract: Keluarga merupakan suatu unit terkecil dalam masyarakat yang mengalami berbagai ketidakstabilan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Ekonomi negara menurun dan berdampak pada berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Permasalahan ekonomi menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya perceraian di Indonesia selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontribusi ekonomi perempuan dan interaksi suami-istri terhadap kualitas perkawinan keluarga Pekerja Migran Indonesia Perempuan (PMI-P) selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study. Pengambilan data melalui teknik wawancara dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang dipilih secara snowball sampling yang berada di Desa Anjatan Baru, Desa Bugis, dan Desa Kopyah, Kecamatan Anjatan, Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan lama pendidikan istri, lama menikah, dan interaksi suami-istri terhadap kualitas perkawinan keluarga yang istrinya bekerja sebagai PMI-P selama pandemi Covid- 19.
Family is the smallest unit of society that has experienced various instability due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The country's economy is declining and has an impact on various levels of society. Economic problems are one of the factors in the occurrence of divorce in Indonesia during the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the influence of women’s economic contributions and husband-wife interaction to the marital quality of family Indonesian Women Migrant Workers (PMI-P) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The design of this research is a cross sectional study. Collecting data through interview techniques with questionnaires. The research sample was 40 people selected by snowball sampling located in Anjatan Baru Village, Bugis Village, and Kopyah Village, Anjatan District, Indramayu Regency. This study found that there was a significant positive effect of wife’s length education, marriage length, husband-wife interaction on the marital quality on family whose wives worked as migrant workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
