dc.description.abstractNelayan merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki resiko dan bahaya yang tinggi. Data dari Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT) menunjukkan jumlah kecelakaan kapal di Indonesia dari tahun 2013 hingga 2021 sebanyak 124, yaitu tenggelam, tabrakan, terbalik, terbakar, dan kandas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis manajemen keselamatan berdasarkan Siklus Danielsson dan merumuskan strategi mitigasi untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja nelayan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Jayanti. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling penentuan responden yaitu nelayan, pemilik kapal, dan petugas pelabuhan perikanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelabuhan Perikanan Jayanti tidak memiliki semua komponen Siklus Danielsson, seperti rehabilitasi, mitigasi, dan kesiapsiagaan. Strategi peningkatan keselamatan nelayan adalah dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), memberikan pelatihan nelayan mengenai alat keselamatan kerja dan pedoman penanggulangan kecelakaan kerja nelayan.id
dc.description.abstractFishermen are one of the jobs that have high risk and danger. Data from The National Transportation Safety Committee shows the number of ship accidents in Indonesia from 2013 to 2021 was 124, including sinking, collision, overturning, burning, and running aground. This paper is conducted to analyze the safety management based on the Danielsson Cycle and formulate mitigation strategies to reduce fishermen's work accidents at Jayanti Fishing Port. The research uses a purposive sampling method for fishermen, boat owners, and fishing port officers. The result indicated that Jayanti Fishing Port doesn't have all Danielsson Cycle components, such as rehabilitation, mitigation, and preparedness. The strategy for increasing fisherman safety is increasing knowledge about Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), providing fisherman's work safety tools and guidelines for mitigating fishermen's work accidents.id
