Title: Interaksi Dua Spesies Invasif Cherax quadricarinatus (von Martens, 1868) dan Procambarus clarkii (Girard, 1852) dalam Ruang Perairan

Abstract: Masuknya spesies invasif ke dalam suatu perairan menyebabkan terganggunya komunitas asli dan mengubah struktur perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi bentuk interaksi antara dua spesies lobster air tawar asing invasif C. quadricarinatus dan P. clarkii yang hidup pada suatu ruang berdasarkan ukuran spesies. Penelitian menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif bagi data-data interaksi, data biota yang mati untuk menentukan kelangsungan hidup, dan data bobot awal dan akhir biota untuk menentukan bobot mutlak. Dalam hal pemanfaatan pakan, P. clarkii lebih terlihat jelas pergerakaan (tubuh dan mulut) dibandingkan C. quadricarinatus. Interaksi mempertahankan wilayah territorial terjadi antara C. quadricarinatus dan P. clarkii bahkan spesies sejenis. Interaksi-interaksi yang terjadi antara C. quadricarinatus dan P. clarkii menyebabkan kecacatan, kematian, dan penurunan kelangsungan hidup pada pada kedua spesies. Kelangsungan hidup dan bobot mutlak pada beberapa perlakuan dan ulangan cenderung mengalami penurunan, namun terdapat juga kenaikan pada beberapa perlakuan dan ulangan
The entry of invasive species into a body of water disrupts native communities and changes the structure of the waters. This study aimed to detect the form of interaction between two invasive foreign crayfish species C. quadricarinatus and P. clarkii that live in a space based on species size. The study used 4 treatments and 3 repeats. Analysis was carried out descriptively for interaction data, dead biota data to determine survival, and biota beginning and end weight data to determine absolute weight. In terms of feed utilization, P. clarkii is more clearly visible movements of the body and mouth compared to C. quadricarinatus. The interaction of maintaining territorial territories occurs between C. quadricarinatus and P. clarkii even similar species. The interactions that occurred between C. quadricarinatus and P. clarkii led to disability, mortality, and decreased survival in both species. Survival and absolute weight in some treatments and replays tend to decrease, but there is also an increase in some treatments and replays.
