mengindikasikan adanya risiko produksi.
Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Just and Pope.
produktivitas kopi. Beberapa faktor produksi secara signifikan yang memengaruhi
risiko produksi kopi di Jawa Barat yaitu penggunaan pupuk organik, penggunaan
pupuk urea, penggunaan pestisida cair, total tenaga kerja, dan umur tanaman. West Java Province is the 9th largest coffee producer in Indonesia. Fluctuating coffee production and declining coffee productivity indicate a production risk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence coffee production in West Java, and to analyze the effect of production factors on the production risks faced by coffee farmers in West Java. The data analysis used is Just and Pope. The results showed that all factors significantly affected coffee productivity in West Java. Factors that significantly increase coffee productivity are seeds, organic fertilizers, and solid pesticides. Meanwhile, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, liquid pesticide, total labor force, and plant age can significantly reduce coffee productivity. Several production factors that significantly affect the risk of coffee production in West Java are the use of organic fertilizers, the use of urea fertilizers, the use of liquid pesticides, the total workforce, and the age of the plants. |
