Abstract: Pemanfaatan air bawah tanah merupakan salah satu sumber pengairan di PT. Great Giant Pineapple. Keberadaan air bawah tanah dipengaruhi oleh jenis batuan yang terdapat di lapisan bawah tanah. Lapisan batuan yang dapat menyimpan dan dilalui air adalah akuifer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis geologi dan hidrogeologi, menentukan jenis akuifer, menganalisis karakteristik akuifer, mengklasifikasi jenis material dan batuan akuifer di areal penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur, pengambilan data dengan uji pemompaan dan analisis data. Fisiografi di PT. Great Giant Pineapple tergolong dataran berombak dengan kemiringan 3-8 % yang didominasi oleh fraksi tanah berpasir. Produktivitas akuifer tergolong akuifer dengan aliran melalui ruang antar butir dengan akuifer produktif keterusan sedang yang penyebaran luas. Jenis akuifer pada sumur bor SB-04 adalah akuifer bebas dan pada SB-523 adalah akuifer tertekan. Analisis karakteristik akuifer menggunakan metode Neuman pada akuifer bebas didapatkan nilai konduktivitas hidrolik sebesar 6,11 x 10-2 m/hari dan metode Theis pada akuifer tertekan didapatkan nilai konduktivitas sebesar 7,74 x 10-2 m/hari. Akuifer di areal penelitian berdasarkan nilai konduktivitas hidrolik dan data pengeboran sumur terdiri dari batu apung, batu pasir, campuran liat, pasir dan kerikil.
Groundwater utilization is one of the sources of irrigation at PT. Great Giant Pineapple. The existence of groundwater is influenced by the type of rock found in the subsoil. The layer of rock that can store and pass water is an aquifer. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing geology and hydrogeology, determining the type of aquifer, analyzing the characteristics of the aquifer, classifying the type of aquifer material and rock in the research area. This research was conducted by literature study, data collection by pumping test and data analysis. Physiography at PT. Great Giant Pineapple is classified as a wavy plain with a slope of 3-8% which is dominated by the sandy soil fraction. The productivity of the aquifer is classified as an aquifer with flow through the inter-grain space with a moderately continuous productive aquifer with a wide distribution. The type of aquifer in drilled well SB-04 is unconfined aquifer and in SB-523 it is confined aquifer. Analysis of aquifer characteristics using Neuman's method on unconfined aquifers obtained a hydraulic conductivity value of 6,11 x 10-2 m/day and Theis method on confined aquifers obtained a conductivity value of 7,74 x 10-2 m/day. The aquifer at the research area based on hydraulic conductivity values and well drilling data consists of pumice, sandstone, a mixture of clay, sand and gravel.
