| dc.description.abstract | Retur penjualan merupakan risiko bisnis yang krusial bagi perusahaan agroteknologi karena karakteristik produk pertanian segar yang mudah rusak dan memiliki umur simpan singkat. Oleh sebab itu, perangkat analisis dan visualisasi data yang telah dipersonalisasi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna diperlukan untuk menangani isu retur penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dashboard retur penjualan berbasis Google Cloud bagi perusahaan agroteknologi dengan metode User Centered Design. Purwarupa dashboard dirancang dan dievaluasi hingga memenuhi syarat pengguna dan perusahaan. Kemudian, purwarupa final diuji dengan metode black-box testing dan System Usability Scale. Pengujian black-box testing terhadap kegunaan sistem menunjukkan tingkat akurasi pengujian sebesar 100%. Pengujian System Usability Scale menghasilkan rata-rata nilai akhir sebesar 74,5. Nilai tersebut diklasifikasikan ke dalam grade C, berpredikat baik, dan kegunaan sistemnya dianggap dapat diterima. Hasil kedua pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa dashboard retur penjualan berhasil dikembangkan baik dari aspek desain maupun fungsionalitasnya. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Sales returns are critical business risk for agrotechnology company due to perishable and short shelf-life characteristics of fresh agricultural products. Therefore, personalized data analytics and visualization tools are required to handle sales return issues. This research aims to design a Google Cloud-based sales return dashboard for agrotechnology company with User Centered Design method. Dashboard prototypes are designed and evaluated to meet user and enterprise requirements. Then, the final prototype was tested using black-box testing method and System Usability Scale. The results of the black-box testing for system usability showed accuracy rates of 100%. The System Usability Scale test resulted in an average final score of 74,5. These results are classified into grade C, adjective rating of “good”, and acceptability rating of “acceptable”. The results of both testsindicate that the sales return dashboard was successfully developed in terms of design and functionality. | |
