Banana plants are tropical plants that can live in highland areas as well as in lowland areas. Almost all parts of the banana plant can be used. Banana fronds accumulate a lot of waste. Suitable media for cultivating earthworms is livestock manure including cow manure and goat manure. This study aims to analyze the effect of cow dung and goat dung media with the addition of banana stems on the performance of Lumbricus rubellus worms in the form of worm body weight, worm body length, number of cocoons, the total weight of worms, vermicompost production, as well as temperature, humidity, and pH of the media. This study used a completely randomized design with three replications. This study also uses the Tukey test as a follow-up test. The results of this study showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the performance of earthworms and had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the temperature of the media between the treatment boxes. The treatment with the best results in this study was the cow dung media group and the treatment level was 30% banana midrib.
