Abstract: The Bening Academic Business Unit (SUA) needs to improve food safety because people prefer packaged drinking water products that are of good quality and meet the requirements. To support this, SUA Bening as an AMDK producer must be able to apply the applicable GMP guidelines for the industry. In addition, SUA Bening requires a GMP certificate in applying for SNI AMDK. The implementation of GMP in SUA Bening is already 85.5% in accordance with the guidelines listed in PERMENPERIN no. 75 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Good Processed Food Production. There were as many as And found a total of 8 problems with important categories that require major repairs.
