dc.description.abstractIndonesia merupakan negara dengan tingkat konsumsi mi instan tertinggi kedua di dunia 2021, dengan pangsa pasar mi instan dalam negeri dikuasai oleh brand domestik. Namun secara ekspor mi instan Indonesia 2020 menempatkan urutan ke-3 di dunia. Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan produk domestik dan impor dalam mendukung peningkatkan penjualan dan perluasan pangsa pasar mi instan Indonesia di dalam dan luar negeri, dengan menggunakan mi instan Indonesia dan Korea Selatan sebagai objek penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi profil konsumen, menganalisis pengaruh country of origin dan atribut mi instan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta menganalisis kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan quota sampling yang melibatkan 384 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik responden didominasi oleh wanita dengan rentang usia 18 sampai 24 tahun yang sebagian besar ditingkat pendidikan adalah sarjana (D4/S1) dan memiliki pendapat dibawah Rp 4.420.000 per bulan. Hasil analisis SEM Partial Least Squares (PLS) menunjukkan country of origin dan harga tidak pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dikedua objek. Variabel kualitas dan etnosentrisme memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hanya pada mi instan Korea Selatan, serta kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang.id
dc.description.abstractIndonesia has the second highest consumption of instant noodles worldwide in 2021 as instant noodles market share is dominated by domestic brands. However, in terms of exports of instant noodles, Indonesia 2020 ranks 3rd in the world. This study compares domestic and imported products in support of increasing sales and expanding the market share of Indonesia instant noodles, using Indonesia and South Korean instant noodles as research objects. The aim of this research was to identify consumer profiles, analyze country of origin effect, and attributes of instant noodles on consumer satisfaction, and analyze consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty on repurchase intention. The method of sample determination is purposive and quota sampling with 384 respondents. The results showed that respondent characteristics were dominated by women aged 18 to 24 with an undergraduate level of education (D4/S1) and incomes below Rp4.420.000 per month. The results of the SEM Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis show that country of origin and price have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction in both objects. Quality and ethnocentrism variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction only on South Korean instant noodles, and consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty have a significant effect on repurchase intention.id
