Bogor Botanical Gardens has several functions, such as education, conservation, environmental services, and tourism. In addition, the Bogor Botanical Gardens is also one of the green areas that are functioned to maintain the environmental quality of Bogor City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of comfort with microclimate parameters (temperature and humidity), vegetation density and analyze the effectiveness of vegetation in the Bogor Botanical Gardens in reducing noise and compare it with the applicable noise standards. The research method used is direct observation data, in the form of microclimate data (temperature and humidity) and noise levels. The distribution of temperature and humidity is a parameter in seeing comfort in KRB, which is calculated by the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) dan Heat Stress Index (HSI) equations. Measurement of microclimate values (temperature and humidity) and noise at 3 measurement locations (inside and outside the park), using digital anemometers and sound level meters. The results showed that the distribution of THI values above 26°C indicated that the Bogor Botanical Gardens was in the uncomfortable category. Heatstressisstill under the hazard category and vegetation is quite effective in reducing noise at all measurement points. The condition of the Bogor Botanical Gardens does not function well as a city park forthe purpose of controlling microclimate, but it is effective in reducing noise. Distribution of heat stress index values with warning and extreme warning categories and still in the non-hazardous category. The composition of the vegetation can be added by the presence of a garden dividing wall with a road, it can reduce noise at least 7% dBA from the noise source and a maximum of 30% dBA from the noise source at all measurement points.id
