Abstract: Pola konsumsi yang tidak sehat menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dapat dimulai dengan membiasakan sarapan. Melewatkan sarapan dapat membuat rasa lapar sehingga memicu membeli jajanan yang berkalori tinggi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pola konsumsi, kebiasaan sarapan, dan kebiasaan jajan dengan status gizi remaja di SMA Kornita IPB. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan subyek berjumlah 69 orang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form, wawancara melalui telepon, serta pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (55,1%) pola konsumsi subjek tergolong kurang baik, sebagian besar subjek (56,5%) selalu melakukan sarapan dan (55,1%) subjek memiliki frekuensi jajan kadang-kadang. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi pangan jenis buah-buahan (p=0,0023; r=0,273), kebiasaan konsumsi pangan jenis susu dan olahannya (p=0,049; r=0,238), tingkat kecukupan protein (p=0,025; r=-0,270), tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat (p=0,005; r=-0,234), kualitas konsumsi pangan (p=0,017; r=0,287), kontribusi sarapan (p=0,002; r=-0,374) dengan status gizi subjek. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan sarapan dan kebiasaan jajan dengan status gizi. Selain itu tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan sarapan dengan kebiasaan jajan. Unhealthy consumption patterns cause negative impact on health. Get used to breakfast can improve health. Skipping breakfast can triggers to buy high calorie snacks. This research aimed to analyze correlations between consumption patterns, breakfast habits, and snacking habits with nutritional status of adolescents in senior high school Kornita IPB. The design of this research is a cross sectional study with 69 subjects selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through google forms, online interviews, and measurements of height and weight. The results showed that most of the subjects' consumption patterns (55.1%) were classified as poor, most of the subjects (56.5%) always had breakfast, and (55.1%) the subjects has a snacking rarely. Based on the results of this study, there was a significant correlation between consumption habits of fruit (p = 0.0023, r = 0.273), consumption habits of milk (p = 0.049, r = 0.238), protein adequacy level (p=0.025, r=-0.270), carbohydrate adequacy level (p=0.005, r=- 0.234), quality of food consumption (p=0.017, r=0.287), breakfast contribution (p=0.002, r=-0.374) with nutritional status. There is no significant correlation between breakfast habits, and snacking habits with nutritional status.
