Abstract: Berkembangnya teknologi digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen melalui bagaimana informasi produk halal dapat diakses dan disajikan ke publik secara umum. Rantai pasok halal broiler di PT Berdikari dimulai dari pembibitan dan pembesaran di peternakan, proses produksi di RPHU hingga akhirnya di tangan konsumen yang dalam setiap prosesnya memerlukan perekaman untuk menjamin setiap proses produksinya sesuai dengan standar dan ketentuan halal. Diperlukan sebuah sistem traceability yang merekam setiap aktivitas mulai dari peternak hingga kosumen akhir untuk menjamin kualitas produk dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem traceability rantai pasok halal yang membantu perusahaan dalam merekam aktivitas rantai pasok pada sistem database terpusat dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Sistem dikembangkan berbasis website dan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya dalam menambah, mengedit, menghapus, mengunduh, mencetak laporan dan QR Code. Hasil pengujian terhadap pengguna, sistem aplikasi mendapatkan penilaian yang sangat baik dengan nilai untuk Aplikasi Chiber 81.84 dan Aplikasi Berdikari Halal Tracker 88.63.
The development of digital technology has changed consumer behavior through how information on halal products can be accessed and presented in the public. Broiler halal supply chain at PT Berdikari starts from breeding and rearing on farms, the production process at the RPHU until finally in the hands of consumers who in each process line require recording to ensure each production process is in accordance with halal standards and provisions. A traceability system is needed that records every activity from the farmer to the final consumer to ensure product quality and increase the company's competitiveness. This project aims to develop a halal supply chain traceability system application that helps companies record supply chain activities on a centralized database system using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach. The system is developed based on a website and can run according to its function in adding, editing, deleting, downloading, printing reports and QR Codes. The results of testing on users, the application system gets a very good rating with a score for the Chiber Application 81.84 and the Berdikari Halal Tracker Application 88.63.
