| Abstract: | Konsumsi lemak pada remaja seringkali berdampak pada kualitas konsumsi pangannya sehingga berdampak pula pada status gizinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas konsumsi pangan dan asupan lemak dengan status gizi pada remaja putri SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan subjek sebanyak 62 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Subjek terbagi dalam dua kelompok, yaitu 31 orang berstatus gizi lebih dan 31 orang berstatus gizi normal. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian google form dan wawancara melalui telepon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asupan lemak, kontribusi lemak terhadap kebutuhan energi, dan kualitas konsumsi pangan pada subjek berstatus gizi lebih tidak berbeda signifikan (p>0,05) dengan subjek berstatus gizi normal. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan (p=0,005) antara pekerjaan ayah dengan status gizi. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan positif (r=0,251, p=0,049) antara pendidikan ibu dengan kualitas konsumsi pangan. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi pendidikan yang dimiliki ibu maka kualitas konsumsi pangan anak semakin baik. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) antara asupan lemak, kontribusi lemak terhadap kebutuhan energi, dan kualitas konsumsi pangan dengan status gizi. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between food consumption quality and fat intake with nutritional status of female adolescents at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta. This cross-sectional study involved 31 overweight subjects and 31 subjects with normal nutritional status. The data was obtained through filling out of online google forms and telephone interview. The results showed that the food consumption quality, fat intake, and the contribution of fat to energy requirement of overweight subjects were not significantly (p>0.05) different with normal nutritional status of subjects. Chi-square’s correlation test showed a significant correlation (p=0.005) between father’s occupation with nutritional status. Spearman’s correlation test showed that there was a significant positive correlation (r=0.251, p=0.049) between maternal education levels and the food consumption quality. This indicated that the higher the level of mother’s education, the better the food consumption quality of her child. The food consumption quality, fat intake, and its contribution to energy requirement were not significantly (p>0.05) correlated with subject’s nutritional status.
