Maximum
entropy (Maxent) digunakan untuk melakukan pemodelan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan distribusi klorofil-a berkisar 0,07 mg/m3
-0,54 mg/m3
. Distribusi
SPL memiliki rentang 24ºC-32ºC. Sebaran posisi kapal tertinggi pada musim
peralihan 1.
Laut Natuna sangat baik dengan nilai AUC (Area Under the Curve) sebesar 0,952.
The status of fish resources in the Natuna Sea in 2019-2021 is still low at 20.8% of the total sustainable potential. The potential of the Natuna Sea has not been fully utilized. The neritic tuna (Euthynnus affinis) is one of the most common pelagic fish caught in the Natuna Sea. This study aimed to map oceanographic parameters and overlays with the distribution of fishing vessels and to model the potential fishing area of neritic tuna in the Natuna Sea using the maximum entropy model. The data used in this study include fishing logbook data in the Natuna Sea, chlorophyll-a satellite data, sea surface temperature (SST) from the MODIS satellite, and fishing vessel distribution data from the VIIRS-Suomi NPP satellite. Maximum entropy (Maxent) is used for modelling. The results showed that the distribution of chlorophyll-a ranged from 0.07 mg/m3 to 0.54 mg/m3. The SPL distribution has a range of 24ºC-32ºC. The distribution of ship positions is highest in transition season 1. The accuracy of the Maxent model for the neritic tuna habitat in the Natuna Sea is very good, with an AUC (Area Under the Curve) value of 0.952. SST parameter has a more significant contribution than chlorophyll-a, reaching 52.9%. The abundance of neritic tuna in the east season. The prediction map shows that the HSI (Habitat Suitability Index) value in the east season is better than in the west season, indicated by a range of values from 0.8 to 1.0. |
