dc.description.abstractKadar klorofil berkaitan dengan kondisi tanaman sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menaksir kadar hara dan produktivitas di dalam tanaman. Pengukuran kadar klorofil daun secara konvensional membutuhkan waktu dan biaya, sehingga diperlukan teknologi yang cepat dan efisien yaitu klorofil meter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Chlorophyll Content Index (CCI) pada berbagai dosis pemupukan dan beberapa fase pertumbuhan jagung, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara CCI dan kandungan klorofil daun, untuk mengetahui hubungan CCI dan kadar N, serta pengaruh pemupukan terhadap CCI dan kandungan klorofil. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat 4 cluster nilai CCI yang dipengaruhi oleh kecukupan nutrisi dan umur tanaman. Hasil uji T-student menunjukkan nilai CCI dan kadar klorofil secara valid membentuk hubungan linier dengan korelasi kuat pada tanaman umur 4 Minggu Setelah Tanam (MST) dan korelasi sangat kuat pada umur 8 MST. Pengukuran menggunakan CCM-200 Plus dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kadar klorofil daun. Hasil uji T antara CCI dan kadar N menunjukkan bahwa tanaman umur 4 MST secara valid membentuk persamaan linier dengan korelasi negatif kuat, sedangkan tanaman umur 8 MST secara valid membentuk persamaan linier dengan korelasi sangat kuat. CCI dapat digunakan untuk menduga kadar N daun jagung pada umur 8 MST.id
dc.description.abstractChlorophyll content is related to the condition of the plant so that it can be used to estimate nutrient levels in the plant. The conventional measurement of leaf chlorophyll content requires time and money, so a fast and efficient technology is needed, namely a chlorophyll meter. This study aimed to identify Chlorophyll Content Index CCI at various doses of fertilization and several phases of maize growth, to determine the relationship between CCI and leaf chlorophyll content, to determine the relationship between CCI and N levels, and the effect of fertilization on CCI and chlorophyll content. The results obtained are 4 clusters of CCI values which are influenced by nutritional adequacy and plant age. The results of the T-student test showed that the CCI value and chlorophyll content formed a valid linear relationship with a strong correlation at 4 Week After Planting (WAP) and a very strong correlation at 8 WAP. Measurements using CCM-200 Plus can be used to measure leaf chlorophyll levels. The results of the T test between CCI and N levels showed that plants aged 4 WAP were validly forming a linear equation with a strong negative correlation, while plants aged 8 WAP were validly forming a linear equation with a very strong correlation. CCI can be used to estimate the N content of corn leaves at the age of 8 WAP.id
