Abstract: Desa Kandangsemangkon merupakan salah satu tempat pendaratan ikan di Kabupaten Lamongan dengan hasil tangkapan utamanya adalah ikan kakap merah. Nelayan membutuhkan bantuan dana untuk membangun fasilitas dari pihak eksternal. Informasi terkait kelayakan usaha belum diketahui, sehingga tidak dapat menarik investor untuk membantu pembangunan fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi eksisting usaha perikanan tangkap kakap merah (Lutjanus sp.) dan menghitung aspek kelayakan finansial usaha perikanan kakap merah di Desa Kandangsemangkon, Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yaitu pemilik kapal pancing ulur. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi perikanan kakap merah. Aspek kelayakan usaha dihitung menggunakan kriteria-kriteria penilaian investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting perikanan tangkap di Desa Kandangsemangkon menggunakan unit penangkapan ikan pancing ulur dengan ukuran 10-20 GT. Lama trip berkisar 10-12 hari per trip. Total hasil tangkapan rata-rata per setiap nelayan adalah 14.152 kg dalam setahun, dengan jumlah ABK sejumlah 9 orang disetiap kapalnya. Analisis kelayakan finansial diperoleh nilai NPV didapatkan sebesar Rp842.344.422. Nilai net B/C senilai 4,04. IRR senilai 76%, dan nilai PP sebesar 2,76. Kelayakan usaha perikanan tangkap kakap merah di Desa Kandangsemangkon Kabupaten Lamongan layak untuk diusahakan.
Kandangsemangkon Village is one of the village areas where fish landing in Lamongan Regency with the main catch being red snapper. Fisher need financial assistance to build facilities from external parties. Information related to business feasibility is not yet known, so they cannot attract investors to help build facilities. The purpose of this study was to describe the existing condition of the red snapper (Lutjanus sp.) capture fishery business and to determine the financial feasibility aspects of the red snapper fishery business in Kandangsemangkon Village. The method used in this research was observation and interview. The sampling method uses the purposive sampling method with the respondent's criteria being the skipper/owner of the fishing line. Descriptive analysis is uses to describe the condition of the red snapper fishery. The analytical feasibility business method uses in investment criteria. Existing condition of capture fisheries in Kandangsemangkon Village, Lamongan Regency, the red snapper fishing business in Kandangsemangkon Village, uses handline fishing units with a size of 10-20 GT. The length of the trip ranges from 10-12 days per trip. The total catch of fisher was 14.152 kg in a year. The number of crew per ship was 9 people on each ship. Based on the analysis of financial feasibility with investment criteria, the NPV value was Rp842.344.422. The net B/C value was 4,04. IRR value was 76%, and the PP value was 2,76. The feasibility analysis of the red snapper capture fishery business in Kandangsemangkon Village, Lamongan Regency showed a feasible condition.
