dc.description.abstractCV A&H Fruits Group merupakan eksportir yang menawarkan buah manggis berkualitas tinggi ke pasar China yang berlokasi di Puspahiang, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas usahanya, perusahaan menghadapi beberapa masalah seperti ketidakstabilan pasokan manggis, risiko penurunan kualitas manggis saat perjalanan ekspor, dan pendapatan yang terhenti sementara ketika musim panen manggis berakhir karena tidak adanya aktivitas ekspor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji strategi bisnis CV A&H Fruits Group dengan mereformulasi model bisnisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data primer melalui wawancara dan analisis data sekunder melalui studi literatur. Metode pusposive digunakan untuk menentukan responden yang terdiri dari direktur perusahaan, petani, kompetitor, dan pemerintah. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Business Model Canvas dan SWOT. Hasil reformulasi model bisnis yang tergambar dalam future BMC CV A&H Fruits Group berfokus pada peningkatan elemen proposisi nilai dengan menawarkan manggis tanpa biji, meningkatkan layanan pada calon pelanggan dan pelanggan, dan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat meminimalisir biaya-biaya.id
dc.description.abstractCV A&H Fruits Group is an exporter that offers high-quality mangosteen fruit to the Chinese market, located in Puspahiang, Tasikmalaya Regency. In carrying out its business activities, the company faces several problems such as the unstable supply of mangosteen, the risk of decreasing mangosteen quality during logistics trips, and the income being temporarily halted when the mangosteen harvest season ends due to the absence of export activities. Therefore, this study examines the business strategy of CV A&H Fruits Group by reformulating its business model. This study uses primary data analysis through interviews and secondary data analysis through literature research. The purposive method is used to determine the respondents consisting of company directors, farmers, competitors, and the government. The data analysis tools used are Business Model Canvas and SWOT. The business model reformulation result which is reflected in the future BMC CV A&H Fruits Group focuses on improving the elements of the value proposition by offering seedless mangosteen, improving service to potential customers and customers, and carrying out activities that can minimize costs.id
