Abstract: Permasalahan persampahan terjadi pada Desa Bulumanis Kidul sehingga pemerintah desa mengadakan pengelolaan sampah, tetapi masih belum berjalan dengan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merencanakan sistem pengelolaan sampah dari sumber hingga TPS 3R. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil pengukuran timbulan sampah sebesar 2,25 L/jiwa.hari dengan komposisi berdasarkan massa meliputi sampah organik sebesar 55,49%, kertas 9,77 %, plastik 19,50%, botol plastik 4,20%, kain 0,87%, kayu 2,42%, kaca 0,9%, diaper 5,50%, logam 0,6% dan lain-lain 0,75%. Pewadahan sampah direncanakan individual dengan dibagi dua yaitu organik dan anorganik. Wadah sampah perumahan memiliki volume sebesar 30 L, musala 20 L, masjid 40 L, kantor 40 L dan sekolah dibagi menjadi empat dengan masing-masing 30 L. Pengumpulan sampah digunakan sistem individual tidak langsung dengan periodisasi tiga hari sekali dan ritasi 3 kali/hari. TPS 3R direncanakan memiliki ruang pemilahan, penampungan sampah anorganik, pencacahan, pengolahan sampah organik, kontainer residu, ruang pengelola, dan toilet dengan rencana anggaran biaya Rp433.775.651,00.
The problem of solid waste occurs in Bulumanis Kidul Village so that the village government organizes waste management, but it is still not running effectively. This study aims to plan a waste management system from source to TPS 3R. The research uses quantitative methods. The results of the measurement of waste generation are 2,25 L/person.day with a composition based on mass including 55,49% organic waste, 9,77% paper, 19,50% plastic, 4,20% plastic bottles, 0,87% cloth, wood 2,42%, glass 0,89%, diaper 5,50%, metal 0,6% and others 0,75%. The waste container is planned individually and divided into two, namely organic and inorganic. Residential waste containers have a volume of 30 L, prayer rooms 20 L, mosques 40 L, offices 40 L and schools are divided into four with 30 L each. Waste collection is used an indirect individual system with a periodization of once every three days and recitation 3 times/day. TPS 3R is planned to have a sorting room, storage of inorganic waste, enumeration, processing of organic waste, residue containers, management room, and toilets with a planned budget of 433.775.651,00 IDR.
