Concrete as a construction material continues to increase in use because of its high compressive strength and ease of operation. Plastic waste management is a problem because plastic is difficult to decompose naturally. Plastic substitution alone cannot be done on concrete, so other additions are needed to maintain the strength of the concrete. Soybean crude urease calcite precipitation (SCU-CP) is used as an alternative problem solving by using soybeans as a substitute for urease enzymes which can increase soil strength. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the effect of plastic substitution and the addition of calcite solution on the compressive strength and stress-strain of concrete. The increase in compressive strength occurred significantly in the 5% SCU-CP plastic concrete. The addition of calcite increases the stress and decreases the strain, which makes the curve more upright, the modulus of elasticity increases, and the concrete quality gets better.
