Abstract: DKI Jakarta merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki potensi pengembangan wisata halal yang cukup besar. Akan tetapi, adanya pandemi Covid-19 membuat jumlah wisatawan menurun sebesar 88,08 persen. Selain itu, pandemi Covid-19 juga menyebabkan adanya perubahan perilaku wisatawan dalam berwisata. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengunjung wisata halal dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan mengunjungi destinasi wisata halal DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan data primer dari 100 responden dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial Linear Square-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial, faktor psikologis, religiusitas, dan protokol kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Variabel pengetahuan halal dan fasilitas wisata halal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.
DKI Jakarta is one of the province that has a large potential for developing muslim-friendly tourism. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of tourists decreased by 88,08 percent. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has also caused changes in tourist behavior when traveling. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of muslim-friendly visitors and analyze the factors that influence the decision to visit muslim-friendly DKI Jakarta using primary data from 100 respondents and descriptive analysis and Partial Linear Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of the study found that social factors, psychological factors, religiosity, and protocols had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. halal knowledge and muslim- friendly tourism facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on visiting decisions.
