Abstract: Selenium is an essential micromineral that is needed in small amounts in the body but impacts the metabolism and health of aquaculture organisms. This study aimed to analyze the growth of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) supplemented with selenium peptide by coating method on feed. There were four different treatments, namely K (feed without feed additive), A (feed with feed additive 3 g kg-1 feed), B (feed with feed additive 6 g kg-1 feed), and C (feed with feed additive 9 g kg-1 feed). 15 catfish measuring 21.80 ± 0.29 g were kept in an aquarium measuring 90x40x45 cm with a water depth of 35 cm (Volume 108 L) for 45 days. Fish were fed three times a day at satiation. Water quality management is carried out using simple filtration and water replacement to ensure optimum water quality for catfish growth. The results showed that the growth performance parameters (final biomass, final individual weight, survival rate, and daily growth rate) of catfish treated with selenium peptide showed significantly different results (p<0.05) compared to control catfish. Based on this research, the best dose of feed additive containing selenium in catfish is 3 g kg-1 of feed
